Partner meeting in Budapest

The first face-to-face international partner meeting of the EduBot project took place in Budapest on 30-31 March, where were present the project partners - the Interregió Fórum Association from Hungary, Instytut ADN from Poland, Harghita County Council and RegioNet from Romania, and Tandem n.o. from Slovakia.

At the meeting, the project partners agreed that the testing will take place as part of pilot teaching in September/October, the material will focus mainly on the primary school maths final exam.

Stakeholders – key institutions: schools, universities, NGOs – will also be informed at online and offline events, and will be involved in the development of the material.

Chatbot technology will be used to communicate with students and for widespread adaptation, a project website will also be created to provide all useful information about the project. Also, social media platforms will be used to promote the innovative teaching methods. Newsletters and press releases are also used for communication.

The partners identified the most important issues to be discussed with stakeholders. These topics are: if they had previously attended training courses in blended learning methodology, what digital tools use for teaching and these were selected, what method they have for integrating digital tools into teaching, what benefits they currently see in using blended learning tools, and what are the biggest challenges or difficulties.
